Voting: Only one vote per player, per user IP, per 24h will be counted. The use of certain programs to inflate a player’s vote count is strictly prohibited. Voting closes Oct. 12 at 12 noon PDT.

In connection with the award, Paul Mitchell will provide each male and female recipient during the Term with a $5,000.00 cash award.

Winning player agrees to wear a Paul Mitchell tattoo or patch during all AVP Crocs events during the 2010 season.

Winning player agrees to perform one (1) promotional appearance / autograph signing at the Paul Mitchell tent during each event the winning players compete in during the 2010 season.

If winning player does not intend to play more than ten (10) AVP events in 2010, then winning player must inform AVP and Paul Mitchell immediately and forfeit/return the $5,000.00 award to Paul Mitchell. The next highest receiver of votes, who intends to play more than ten (10) AVP events, will then receive the award. If it is apparent that the winning player is unable or does not intend to perform under this agreement, Paul Mitchell reserves the right to immediately reclaim the full amount of the award, which will then be given to the next highest vote receiver.

At the end of the 2010 season, if the winning player has failed (i) to play in more than ten (10) AVP events, (ii) to wear a Paul Mitchell tattoo at all events that the winning player has entered, or (iii) to perform one (1) promotional appearance / autograph signing at the Paul Mitchell tent at each event the winning player entered, then the winning player agrees to return the full $5,000.00 award to Paul Mitchell.

Winning player agrees to have no other sponsorship that competes with Paul Mitchell during the 2010 AVP season. AVP shall determine in good faith what qualifies as a competing sponsorship.
