The AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour is proud to announce it will be holding a series of summer camps in conjunction with the 2009 AVP Crocs Tour. Camps will be held prior to the Atlanta, Ocean City, Manhattan Beach, and Hermosa Beach AVP Crocs Tour events.

AVP champion and Dig for Kids Vice President, Albert Hannemann will share his knowledge of the game of beach volleyball serving as the AVP Juniors Camp Director. "I am excited to be able to introduce kids to beach volleyball across the country looking for our next AVP stars" said Hannemann. Hannemann will be joined by a coaching staff consisting of the AVP’s top athletes. The campers will be taught training techniques to improve their indoor and beach games along with drills and work outs designed specifically for their skill and age level. Small courts, lower nets, and lighter balls will be used for campers age 12 and below.

Campers will be invited to the weekends AVP event competition where they will have the chance to watch their camp coaches compete along with the rest of the AVP Athletes.

Daily Schedule:

Ages: Girls and Boys ages 8-18   

Coaches: The AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Players and experienced guest coaches will provide a great learning environment.  Counselor to Camper ratio: 1:10

Cost: $349 - Includes 15 hours of skill instruction, lunches, camp T-shirt, AVP volleyball and one ticket to each session of the AVP event.

Group Discount:  Sign up with 10 of your friends and receive a $50 discount per camper.  Please contact camps@avp.com prior to registering to receive this offer.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, there is a $75 fee.  If the cancellations is made within two weeks of the camp, there is a $150 fee.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing.  There will be no refunds after the start of camp.
